Kunstgress is a dance art collective based in Oslo, Norway. The collective was founded in 2014 and now consists of dance artists Ida Frømyr Borgen, Hanne Frostad Håkonsen, Maaike Croles Fitjar and Amanda Bach. 

 

Their work is often site specific, with choreographies based on improvisations within the space in which the work is shown. Inherent qualities and subliminal messages in the architecture inform and shape their work.

 

Since 2015, Kunstgress has established a collaboration with visual artist Marianne Heier, which has resulted in several performances presented both in Norway and abroad.

 

In 2018, Kunstgress became a part of the creative collective KOSO based in Oslo.
